Terrina Chrishell

Terrina Chrishell Stase (11) was born on July 21st, 1981. Her most well-known role is her role as Amanda Dillon in All My Children, and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was originally born in Draffenville. She graduated with a B.A. at Murray State University. Theatre was her first passion in 2003. Her middle name "Chrishell" is an evocative word that was created due to the peculiar circumstances of her birth: her mother went into labor at the Shell station, with an attendant named Chris helped deliver the child. Strause refutes gossip about her child's birth in her memoir. Strause told Strause her mother was having car trouble and that she stopped at the station. She entered pre-labor while waiting at the station, and the attendant assisted her in getting to a hospital. Strause was born in an in-hospital. Her mother, who was half Japanese/half Spanish and split before she knew she was expecting. Jeff is her stepson. Chrishell Strause was forced to be in a tent for a year in middle school. Strause told her story about washing her hair in the river and hiding from her peers, and how she used food stamps. The parents of Strause were struggling with addiction and mental illness. Strause was 10 years old when she joined the Worldwide Church of God. Strause describes Strause's mother as self-righteous and reckless, and she never had an income that was steady.
