Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie, who was born on on November 24, 1981 was an American political commentator. She was previously a politician, and a TV host on MSNBC as well as a regular contributor for The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show in order to start their own project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast along with Kyle Kulinski. She has been featured on various network shows, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time together with Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball credits her ongoing interest in politics and her experience as a newly-wed mother in the 2008 primaries. She also viewed the US presidential election from Jordan while she was working there. She observed how it affected the citizens of the country and developed an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the 2010 election. She lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee that is dedicated to Democratic causes) in May 2017.
